About the Owner
Originally from Yorkshire, Catherine grew up baking with her Nana at a young age. She followed her passion for food, studying Hotel and Catering at Huddersfield University, graduating with a HND in Hospitality. From then built her career within prestigious country house wedding venues in the UK. Her career has varied from her dream job as a Wedding Account Manager to Hotel Sales Manager. She has always had a passion for cakes both making and eating. Now living in the East Midlands she attends events with her homemade cakes and coffee trailer, simply cakes and coffee.
